  15.     Today, we look back at the Cuban Missile Crisis and discuss how
  16.     close we came to World War III. With hindsight, and time, we've
  17.     come to appreciate how dangerous that situation had become, and
  18.     it's true importance is now reflected in history. Imagine how you
  19.     would react if you asked someone about the Cuban Missile Crisis,
  20.     and they said, ``I didn't know.'' You'd have a pretty interesting
  21.     look on your face, wouldn't you?
  22.  
  23.     Someday, our posterity will look back at another event, again with
  24.     the benefit of hindsight and time, and they will again come to
  25.     appreciate how dangerous it was. This event marks the beginning of
  26.     a period that has lasted 62 years. This time period will make
  27.     the Cuban Missile Crisis seem trivial.

  29.     I am talking about March 4th 1933, and the last 62 years to our
  30.     present day. Our posterity will look back at this time period and
  31.     be aghast at how dangerous a time it has been. ``How did you live
  32.     under such conditions?'' They will ask. ``What was it like?'' To
  33.     which many of us will answer, ``I didn't even know.'' Someday that
  34.     will happen, and I'm hoping that ``someday'' starts today.
  35.  
  36.     Like many of you, I have not been happy about various things that
  37.     have happened in our country. So many times, I'd see injustice
  38.     done, or a usurpation of rights, and ask, ``How can that happen?''
  39.     People would reply ``Such and Such Act...'' or ``Supreme Court
  40.     Case XX-XXX...'' But I'd know in my heart that what happened, and
  41.     the justification for allowing it to happen, was just plain wrong.
  42.     When I was in school, I was lucky. I had teachers that really
  43.     understood the Constitution and Declaration of Independence and
  44.     what they meant, and they were ingrained upon me.
  45.  
  46.     So today, January 16th 1995, I am finally at a point in my life
  47.     were I now know what is wrong with our country. What is wrong, is
  48.     that the Constitution, the great document that I always looked to,
  49.     as some sort of ``Grand Law '' is no longer in effect. It hasn't
  50.     been since March 4th 1933. In fact, I've NEVER lived under the
  51.     protections guaranteed by it. Imagine my surprise. But to be honest,
  52.     this is one of the greatest revelations in my life. While I don't
  53.     like what I see, AT LEAST I CAN SEE! It's like driving on a foggy
  54.     road, mile after mile, searching for my way, only to find more and
  55.     more fog. Then all of a sudden the fog lifts, and I find I'm miles
  56.     away from my destination, BUT I KNOW WHERE I AM, AND (more
  57.     importantly) I KNOW the direction I must go to get where I want to
  58.     be. (Atheist and agnostics WARNING!!) PRAISE GOD!

  60.     Here's what it breaks down to. Franklin Delano Roosevelt was a
  61.     traitor to our country. He used the crisis of the Great Depression
  62.     to declare a national emergency and invoke the War Powers Act. (An
  63.     Act which has never stood a Constitutional test, and if so, would
  64.     probably fail.) He suspended the Constitution, invoked Martial
  65.     Law, subjugated the court system, confiscated property, and
  66.     declared war on ``We The People.'' On March 4th 1933, he declared
  67.     a national emergency via proclamation 2038 (and then 2039 and
  68.     2040) that to this day, have never been completely revoked. To
  69.     varying degrees, every president since then has used this
  70.     proclamation for their own agenda. A Senate Study done in 1973
  71.     (Senate Report 93-549) has confirmed this, and present day Arizona
  72.     Senator John McCain just re-confirmed it on December 8th 1994 on a
  73.     local Phoenix radio show, on KFYI. The explanation of the effects
  74.     of these actions are WAY beyond what this medium can support, but
  75.     here are some of the ``high-lights.''

  77.     The Federal Reserve Act took all the money away from your
  78.     ancestors and CONTINUES to do so to you today! The thing we call
  79.     ``money'' IS NOT. It is a TEMPORARY currency issued as an
  80.     EMERGENCY measure. The idea was to ``create'' money, to employ
  81.     people by the Federal Government (Recall the Great Works Programs)
  82.     to get the nation out of the depression. This influx of temporary
  83.     money DID that, but at a cost which is NOT REPAYABLE. The GOLD of
  84.     all the citizens of the nation was ``entrusted'' to a relatively
  85.     newly formed entity called the Federal Reserve. The Gold was
  86.     supposed to ``back'' the temporary money that the Federal Reserve
  87.     was printing for the Government, and the Government was using this
  88.     money to fund these projects. But that's NOT what happened.
  89.     Instead 1/3 of the gold was GIVEN to the Federal Reserve (A
  90.     PRIVATE CORPORATION) and we were told it was a ``tax.'' Today we
  91.     are STILL repaying the interest on that original loan (and others
  92.     since then) made to the US Government by the Federal Reserve. We
  93.     will ALWAYS have a national debt because the ONLY MONEY we have to
  94.     repay the loan is the ``money'' the Federal Reserve issued us, and
  95.     part of that original amount was taken out of circulation by the
  96.     first ``tax'' that the banks took from those who deposited their
  97.     gold in the banks as directed by the president (FDR).

  99.     I ENCOURAGE, I plead with you, to read the book, ``Constitution:
  100.     Fact or Fiction'' by Dr. Eugene Schroder. It's only $15 and you
  101.     can get it from me, or the publisher, 1 800 610 4908, or have your
  102.     library order it, ISBN No. 1-885534-06-X. Order the tapes, or send
  103.     me two cassettes (60 minute ones) and a SASE, and I'll record them
  104.     for you and send them back. You can also FREQ WEP.ZIP from me. I
  105.     know there has been rumors of this sort of thing for years, and I
  106.     heard about them too, but there were always ``holes'' in the
  107.     theories. Well folks, those holes have been filled by this (and
  108.     other) books just published this and last year. FINALLY it's all
  109.     out in the open. It's taken over 60 years to FINALLY expose what
  110.     has happened, and we've GOT to read the books and get the word
  111.     out. This is REAL. This is not some ``conspiracy nuts;'' it's
  112.     conspiracy facts. President Herbert Hoover knew what was up. He was
  113.     approached by the same people and refused to invoke the power that
  114.     FDR did. Not only did FDR do as was requested by the Federal
  115.     Reserve Bankers, and the powers behind them, but he did it with a
  116.     zeal that would make Mao Tse-tung envious.

  118.                            The "Obligatory" Proof
  119.  
  120.     If you have read this far, it shows you have an open mind, and one
  121.     in which you have had serious questions yourself. But like me, you
  122.     needed "proof" before you would take these allegations seriously.
  123.     You have undoubtably heard the words "Executive Order."
  124.     "Executive Orders" have been used by every president in office since
  125.     President Lincoln issed Executive Order No. 1. (Which was overruled
  126.     by Chief Justice Taney; Lincoln simply ignored it.) These "Executive
  127.     orders" have been used to, in effect, create law. One president
  128.     comes in and revokes the "executive orders" of the preceeding and
  129.     then issues his own. I challenge you to find ANY authority for a
  130.     President to make "executive orders" in the Constitution. You will
  131.     only find them in the War Powers Act, or used in times of War.

  133.                          The "War" is on US!
  134.  
  135.     We are paying over 50% of our incomes to government. We are being
  136.     deprived of our property without fair compensation and due
  137.     process. Our children are being taken away from us, our citizens
  138.     are being killed, murdered, and we keep waiting for someone to do
  139.     something about it. I'm not asking you to take up a gun and march
  140.     on Washington. I'm asking that you INFORM yourself. I've made some
  141.     VERY SERIOUS allegations here. If I'm wrong, I'm just a nut and
  142.     you are out $15. (less than that if you just get the tapes from
  143.     me) but if I'm right (and I AM right) then today, the day you are
  144.     reading this, is the MOST IMPORTANT DAY IN YOUR LIFE! For today is
  145.     the day you will remember, when someday, someone asks you, ``What
  146.     was it like?'' And you'll say, ``I didn't WANT to know.''
